Shipping policy

All Pursell Brand orders ship from our 3PL fulfillment partner. We aim to ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

Domestic (US): Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International: Currently shipping to the United States only. International shipping coming soon — sign up for the newsletter at pursellbrand.com for first notice when it goes live.

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Damaged or wrong items: If anything arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery at hello@pursellbrand.com and we'll cover the return shipping plus get a replacement out fast.
