Shipping

All Pursell Brand orders ship from our 3PL fulfillment partner. We aim to ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

Domestic (US): Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International: Currently shipping to the United States only. International shipping coming soon — drop your email at the footer if you want first notice when it goes live.

Tracking: You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.

Returns

If your hat doesn't fit right or arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@pursellbrand.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If anything arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover the return shipping plus get a replacement out fast.
